Machine wash delicate or hand wash cold. Use mild detergent. Do not use softeners or bleach. Remove windcord and foam from crown pocket before washing. Reshape and air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
Have two other Tilley hats, this is my go-to when most hot. Wear it all the time when teaching out in sun.

I wash it in washer, with other clothes, air dry on head and wad it up to fit back pocket when indoors and not needed.
These folks are fantastic to deal with, whether I’ve bought new or replaced a hat. I own a bucket, a wool winter, and a Airflo Tilley. If they sell clothing, I’ll buy that too.
Great light weight comfortable hat, husband has a larger head he could have probably gone a size up but this was the largest available at the time. He is very finicky about hats and is always seeking ways to keep his head cooler, this helps.
My husband had a Tilley hat that had to be at least 15+ years old. It had been through life and served him well. I ordered him a new one for his birthday/father’s day and I’m sure it will last just as long, if not longer. Great hat! He loves it.
